Welcome to theNovaFlex BoysGym Program

This 1 hour class will keep your energetic boys busy, moving, and having fun.  The boys will particfipate in a combination of conditioning, strength, flexibility, endurance, tumbling, tumble track and fun fitness games and obstacles.
